How does the revenue-sharing model work?
You pay PFMH a percentage of your commission only when you successfully close a deal with a referred client. There are no monthly fees, subscription costs, or upfront payments. The exact percentage will be discussed during the interview process.
Do I need to change brokerages?
No. You can remain with your current brokerage. As a PFMH Partner, you'll work with us on a referral basis while maintaining your existing brokerage relationship.
What if my city already has 3 partners?
If your preferred city is full, you can apply for a waitlist or choose a nearby city. We may expand partner slots in high-demand markets based on user growth.
How many referrals can I expect?
Referral volume depends on user activity in your city. As an exclusive partner, you'll receive all qualified buyer referrals in your territory. We're currently serving 600+ active users and growing rapidly.
What support do I get from PFMH?
You'll receive platform training, marketing materials, CRM integration, lead management tools, compliance guidance, and ongoing partner success coaching.
Can I still work with my own clients?
Absolutely! The partnership is for PFMH referrals only. You can continue building your own business and working with your existing client base.
What's the application process timeline?
After submitting your application, we typically respond within 3-5 business days to schedule an interview. The full onboarding process takes 2-4 weeks to complete.
Is there a contract or commitment period?
Yes, we require a minimum 12-month commitment to ensure partnership stability. After that, the agreement renews annually with 60 days notice for termination.
